The role requires a confident, friendly and helpful person who will be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative. The role involves planning and delivering weekly Personal Development sessions; providing front line pastoral support for their caseload of students and tracking and monitoring student attendance.
The post holder will be required to work the occasional evening to support with enrolment, Parents’ Evenings, Open Days and other cross college events. Experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of GCSE/Level 2 or above in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, as well as hold a Level 3 teaching related qualification. The successful candidate will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills to work collaboratively with curriculum, business support areas and external agencies.
