Executive Assistant to the Executive Director

About Us:
Revive Community is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vital resources, including financial education and legal clinics, to our community. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director in advancing our mission.
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations for the Executive Director. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and strong experience in grant writing to assist with fundraising and resource development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
* Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communications.
* Assist in researching, writing, and managing grants to support program funding.
* Develop and maintain relationships with donors, grant agencies, and stakeholders.
* Oversee office administration tasks and provide support for special projects.
* Collaborate with staff to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
* Strong understanding of grant writing and fundraising processes.
* Proficiency in operating Mac computers and familiarity with Apple software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc.).
* Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Alignment with the mission and values of Revive Community and Calvary Revival Church.
