Business Development Manager, Northern Europe London/ Hybrid

The Juice Plus+ Business Development team is responsible for Independent Partner field activation, training and development and optimising business activity. Within this business-critical role, business activation is centered around the support, training and education of Partners on Juice PLUS+ systems, compensation plan, promotions/incentives and best practices; all to maximise business growth.
The role of Manager, Northern Europe Business Development, is to enhance existing partnerships while collaborating closely with the Regional Director, Northern Europe to develop initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, expand our partner network, boosting customer lifetime value through improved retention metrics.
Your day to day
* Lead the Northern Europe Business Development function in driving revenue growth and performance optimisation.
* Successfully manage a team of Business Development Specialists providing mentorship, guidance, and performance development.
* Lead, guide, and educate Partners on all elements of the Compensation Plan, Incentives and Promotions to drive growth in businesses.
* Work with the Regional Director to develop training sessions that will support the Partners both in-person and online, tracking business performance and impact/return on investment for the company.
* Manage sales, volume data and trends, and propose corrective measures when necessary.
* Drive a structured Leader development system, conducting regular performance reviews and strategic coaching sessions while aligning individual Partner plans with corporate initiatives.
* Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration protocols to ensure operational excellence in critical business processes including month-end reconciliation, qualification verification, recognition programs, and compensation management.
* Cultivate a performance-driven culture through strategic recognition initiatives, leveraging both virtual platforms and in-person events to reinforce success behaviors.
* Work with the Business Development Team to generate social engagement via social media platforms and partner activity groups.
* Participate in National Conventions and Leader events/meetings in person and online, to develop engagement and identify training needs.
* Oversee partner governance and risk management frameworks to ensure alignment with company compliance requirements and mitigate potential business risks.
You will bring
* Experienced Business Development Manager skills with strong people management and mentoring experience.
* Educated to degree level of similar in a Business, or business-related degree (Preferably).
* C. 5+ years experience within Business Development or Sales, 2 years of which ideally will have been gained within the direct selling, FMCG or retail industry.
* Confident public speaker, with excellent all-round communication skills.
* Creative can-do attitude; pro-active and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
* Flexibility around work hours - in this role, you need to work when the field needs you!
* Charismatic with ability to be the centre of positive energy and creativity.
* Strong analytical skills.
* A genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Travel during the week and at weekends will be necessary to support events and training as necessary.
