You will provide important assistance to the Finance and I.T Unit on day-to-day helpdesk and hardware/software support duties. Respond to appropriate requests for technical assistance in person, via telephone, electronically, and be the initial point of contact for I.T Services. Assist with the rollout/rebuild PC's/laptops in accordance with a standard build procedure making sure that data recovery procedures have been addressed, that changes have been recorded and that ISO27001 security requirements have been strived towards.
