Personal Assistant - Construction Company – Potters Bar
About the role: Since having been incorporated 25 years ago our client who is based in Potters Bar on the outskirts of North London has specialised in a range of services including Civil Engineering. They are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to one of their directors, with a preference for someone with a background in the aforementioned services our client provides.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Personal Assistant to the Director. The ideal candidate will have strong proven experience as a PA to a senior manager along with excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office, highly literate and numerate, and able to draft and proofread documents to a high standard.
The Role & Requirements:
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls and emails.
Conduct research and gather information as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Act as point of contact for calls and telephone cover when team members are unavailable.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
