Purpose of Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join our Education Team overseeing a School PFI contract in Doncaster and Sheffield.
Job Description
This contract is across six schools within the area which we are delivering a TFM solution
Responsibilities
1. Ensure all supporting functions sustain operational management to maximise returns in terms of profit and service level.
2. Identify, manage and reduce all unnecessary costs and inefficient activities – ensure business risks are clearly identified and controlled.
3. Provide direction, focus and consistency across the contract
4. Working closely with the client
5. Managing performance of delivery teams
6. Financial management
7. Reviewing project schedules and budgets
8. Ensures that robust on-site procedures are established and employed and undertakes daily checks.
9. Identify improvement, to overcome problems and mitigate risk.
10. Seeks opportunities to improve on provided information for commercial or practical benefit.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
11. Contract Management experience within Facilities Management (Essential)
12. Understanding of the delivery of TFM (Essential)
13. PFI Experience (Desirable)
14. Staff Management
15. IOSH
