About The Role
We are hiring a Real-Time Analyst to oversee nurses and patient visits in real time, ensuring all visits are managed in the most cost-effective way while meeting SLAs and service standards.
The role involves managing and optimising workforce data, resources, and nursing assignments to ensure compliance with real-time planning and agreed service levels. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About You
* Experience of real time planning in a field based role
* Knowledge of scheduling principles, tools, and software
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies related to staffing and scheduling in healthcare settings
* Communication skills and relationship management
* Crisis management and problem-solving
* Proficient in using scheduling software and other digital tools to manage real-time planning efficiently
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
* Attention to detail
* Ability to gauge distances and time as impacts of logistical decisions
* Deep familiarity with UK geography
* Ability to apply logical and commercial awareness to the role
