Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Office based
£12.00 per hour
Temp to Perm after 13 weeks

Duties
Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks including updating information in Orderwise & Teams including ETA's, Product Issues, Bin Locations, Barcodes.
Operations Support: Help manage inventory, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. Assist in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases.
Communication: Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and other departments. Ensure all departments are aligned
Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as needed. Assist in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency.Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably however, full training will be given.Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
