The Role: To support a young professional gentleman living with Muscular Dystrophy, to live an exciting and fulfilling life. He requires 2 new members of staff to join his team for day and night shifts. This role is for day shifts.
Main Duties:
• To provide all aspects of personal care
• To use a hoist
• To support to maintain a hygienic home (including laundry, cleaning, and tidying up etc)
• Food and drink preparation
• To support getting out of bed / going to bed each day
• To attend Dr / hospital appointments as and when required
• You will also be required to cover for colleagues on leave and sickness, and on occasions work extra hours, agreed in advance.
• To assist to attend social events, such as meeting friends, day trips, and evening trips.

Car owner with driving license is essential

You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.
Hours: Live-in care (week on week off) 8:30 - 20:30. Days can be flexible.
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year (pro rata) including Bank holidays
