Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth Leadership: Design and implement innovative business development strategies to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.
2. Market Opportunity Analysis: Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, assess risks, and identify strategic opportunities.
3. End-to-End Business Development: Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of opportunities, leading the process from lead generation through to successful deal closure.
4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive business growth.
5. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead critical negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
6. Cross-Departmental Synergy: Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and propel business objectives.
7. Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies, enhance market competitiveness, and drive business excellence.
8. Customer Success & Retention: Deliver outstanding customer experiences, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.
9. Operational Excellence: Continuously evaluate and refine business development processes, introducing creative and effective methodologies to optimize performance.
Salary: from £37,000 to £40,000 per annum
