The Capital Projects and Estates Management Team of the Property Division helps manage one of the largest built estates in the University sector. The department delivers a comprehensive range of services to an academic community who are world leaders in the provision of Engineering, Medicine, Natural Sciences, Business Management, Research, and Teaching.
Working within the Capital Projects and Estates Management Team, this position will play a key supportive role in monitoring and reporting on Imperial’s ambitious capital investment programme. Utilizing sound administrative and organizational skills, as well as a robust approach to data to accomplish a variety of tasks, you will make an important contribution to the development of world-leading facilities for our students, researchers, staff, and the wider community.
In this role, you will support Imperial’s Project and Programme Managers to carry out the reporting and monitoring function of the Capital Projects and Estates Management Department. This will involve keeping accurate records of the progress of various capital projects and major building works, monitoring spending, risks, issues, performance, and workload across the department. You will also help to convert this data into meaningful and legible reports and presentations for a variety of different audiences, with an eye for consistency and detail. In addition to these data-collection and reporting responsibilities, you will also assist with a variety of other administrative tasks as needed.

* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, with a proactive and forward-thinking approach
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and complementary applications (Adobe Acrobat, website content management apps)
