Responsibilities:
* Diagnose incoming laptops for defects and damage, and log findings appropriately.
* Install a Windows operating system.
* Maintain equipment, perform specialist repairs, modifications, upgrades, and software/hardware enhancements within my capabilities.
* Differentiate between hardware problems and accidental damage.
* Provide neat fixes, including cleaning devices and ensuring they are sealed properly.
* Check my work appropriately and provide feedback and updates on tickets with diagnostic results.
* Allocate ESD locations to repairs as part of our quality assurance process.
* Offer basic technical support to end users at a first-line level, when needed.
* Update tickets with relevant status in accordance with the repair diagnosis.
* Communicate well in written English to resolve issues with individuals in a timely manner.
* Utilize our Easy4u Service Platform and Helpdesk System to record items and keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs.
* Strive for quality over quantity in all tasks.
