Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with an Education based company and they are looking to recruit a temporary Finance Administrator to join their team on a 6-week basis.
Please note this role is to start asap and will be for 6 weeks to cover sick leave so candidate should ideally be immediately available. As this is working in a school environment a current enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) issued within the last 2 years is also essential.
Hours: Mon -Fri - up to 35 hours - some flexibility on start/end times.
Hourly Rate: £12.64 p/h
Duration: 6 weeks - to cover sick leave
Location: Southwell, Nottingham
What does the Temp Finance Administrator (Enhanced DBS needed) role involve?
* Generating checking and processing invoices
* Processing sales invoices
* Managing accounts receivable
* Updating financial reports
* Making BACS payments
* Checking and reconciling statements
* Dealing with all purchase enquiries
* Dealing with financial administrative paperwork
What will you bring to the Temp Finance Administrator (Enhanced DBS needed) role?
* At least 1 year's experience within a Finance Administrator / Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administrator role or similar
* Experience of working within a busy office environment
* Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) - issued within the last 2 years
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Good attention to deal
* Experience Finance System is highly desirable
* Strong skills with MS packages including Excel
* Excellent numerical skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and vernal
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
