The European Sales Director will hold a key leadership position and the role requires an experienced commercial mind to develop and execute the regional commercial strategy across multiple channels. You will have a can-do will-do mindset, be a great influencer both internally and externally as well as have a track record of driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the regional brand strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
* Oversee the full P&L for the brand, ensuring growth and profitability.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders, including strategic retailers, to set and deliver channel strategies.
* Manage a multifunctional team and oversee the go-to-market strategy for the brand across various sectors.
* Lead the development of a long-term business plan, focusing on market share and profitability.
* Collaborate with finance and other departments to optimize processes and adapt strategies based on market conditions.
* Foster strong relationships with retailers and partners, ensuring alignment and long-term growth opportunities.

* Proven commercial leadership with experience managing multifunctional teams within sports, fashion or lifestyle.
* Ability to drive performance while adapting strategies for future growth.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work across diverse teams and external partners.
