The Opportunity
Given recent and forecasted project growth, our client is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to help manage and drive the Change Management procedure for the next up and coming projects.
The role
As a Change Manager, your role will involve leading and managing the Change Management process and coordinating this interface.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for operation of the Change Management Plan including maintenance of the Plan and associated forms and templates.
Maintains the Programme Change Register.
Chairs the Change Committee, including provision of secretariat services.
Provides any required summary information and metrics using the information, contained on the Programme Change Register.
Provides support to Project Managers on all matters of change.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Experience of project, programme, or portfolio controls.
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Able to follow written and spoken instruction, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient use of Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Power BI. With awareness of SharePoint, and Microsoft Team usage.
Ability to prioritise workload, being flexible and adaptable.
Proactive and able to use own initiative to solve problems and see opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ability to learn new skills and processes easily.
Confidence to take on challenges and seek development.It’s great if you also have the following
Proficient in CEMAR contract administration software.
Experience within the Ministry of Defence.Get in touch
