Job Summary:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of BLK BOX’s online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a data-driven approach to digital strategy, working across teams to enhance online merchandising, track website performance, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and experience in e-commerce trading, website management, and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Website Management: Oversee the on-site experience, ensuring all product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
* Product & Category Management: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to manage product listings, categories, and stock levels effectively.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Reporting & Insights: Analyse and report on online sales performance, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance digital performance.
* Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all digital campaigns (SEO, paid media, email marketing) support e-commerce objectives.
* Site Development & Optimisation: Assist in managing website development projects, working with external developers and technology partners to enhance functionality and improve the customer journey.
Skills and Experience:
* 1-2 years experience working within an Ecommerce or similar team or organisation.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to e-commerce decision-making.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (ideally Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, SEMrush).
* Previous experience in website content management, apps, and third-party integrations via a CMS.
* Some experience in product merchandising, category management, and online trading preferred.
* Ability to work across multiple teams and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital growth and online customer experience.
