This role requires comprehensive technical understanding of the platform. The ideal candidate will focus on growing the platform and driving business empowerment through the Power Platform by evangelising its capabilities. Operating in a highly regulated environment, the candidate must prioritise security. This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in all aspects of change and run activities. Key Responsibilities: - Technical Leadership: - Oversee the overall architecture and technical direction of the M365 platform. - Ensure the platform is maintained, optimised, and aligned with business needs. - Plan and implement future state improvements and innovations. - Provide technology leadership and strategic direction for M365 initiatives. - Collaborate with IT leadership to align M365 strategies with organisational goals. - Actively participate in technical tasks and implementations. - Platform Growth: - Identify opportunities to expand and enhance M365 capabilities. - Drive adoption and integration of new features and services. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform growth with business objectives. - Security and Compliance: - Ensure the platform adheres to all regulatory and security requirements. - Implement and maintain robust security measures and protocols. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits. - Business Empowerment: - Promote the use of the Power Platform to drive business innovation. - Evangelise M365 capabilities to empower users and enhance productivity. - Develop and deliver training and awareness programs. Candidate Requirements: Essential: - Advanced Technical Expertise of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot and OneDrive for Business - Proficient in Microsoft 365 Security with knowledge of best practices for securing Microsoft 365 environments - Experience in a highly regulated industry with a focus on security and compliance. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Relevant e years of experience across in M365 technical administrative roles - Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems and propose solutions.
