About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our client in Scarborough. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, preferably with Sage 50, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
* Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly management accounts
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
* Strong technical skills in finance, preferably with Sage 50
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
