About the RoleOne of our most exciting CRO clients are seeking a Client Relationship Manager in what will be an important role within their business. The successful candidate will be an important point of contact for their clients, providing strategic counsel, fostering growth, and ensuring the highest level of partnership. Your role will focus on elevating client engagements from transactional to consultative, value-driven relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful results.Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Biotech sectorsPrimary point of contact for clients, advising on strategic issues to enhance partnerships.Support sales activities and BD initiatives, engaging with domain experts and client relations teams.Collaborate on the development and implementation of innovative technologies to support client needs.Maintain a strong understanding of the CRO’s service offerings and industry trends.Qualifications and ExperienceAdvanced degree in a technical or business-related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the CRO industry.Proven experience managing pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts.Strong domain knowledge in clinical, safety, or regulatory services.Experience leading major programs/projects for global organizationsDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to act tactically in a dynamic environment.Additional InformationUp to 50% travel required.
