An electrical services company providing expert electrical services and advice to domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors is seeking an Office Administrator to join their small friendly team, ASAP.
Duties will include:
1. Organising meetings
2. Greeting office visitors
3. Create documents
4. Handling general office tasks
5. Data inputting
6. Provide support to managers and staff
7. Handling confidential and time sensitive material
8. Organising diaries for operatives' day to day tasks
9. Answering phones
10. Organising emails
11. Booking jobs with clients
What is required:
1. Office based, 5 days per week
2. Excellent IT skills including Excel and Microsoft
3. High level of communication, and good customer service
4. Previous experience managing operative's diaries would be advantageous
5. Highly organised
