Job Summary
Are you an influencer marketing specialist who can manage end to end campaigns? I'm working with a creative agency in Manchester who are looking to grow the team and work with incredible brands across gaming, basketball, FMCG and entertainment.
The Role:
As an Influencer Project Manager, you will sit within the influencer marketing division, responsible for driving the execution and delivery of influencer-led campaigns across multiple channels. You'll manage relationships with both clients and influencers, ensuring seamless campaign execution from start to finish. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organisational skills, and possesses a deep understanding of influencer marketing dynamics. If you're someone who knows how to deliver campaigns that resonate and perform, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution and post-campaign reporting. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
2. Client Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
3. Influencer & Talent Management: Work directly with influencers, creators, and their agents to ensure smooth campaign execution. You'll be responsible for briefing influencers, negotiating terms, managing deliverables, and ensuring brand alignment.
4. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling influencer strategies that align with client goals, audience demographics, and platform best practices.
5. Influencer Performance Tracking: Analyse influencer performance, providing data-driven insights to clients on campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
6. Internal Workflow & Organisation: Efficiently manage internal processes, workflows, and tools to ensure that projects are tracked and all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
1. Strong background in influencer marketing, with experience managing influencer campaigns across social media platforms.
2. Experience working directly with influencers, creators, and agents, and a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem and best practices for content creation.
3. Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and provide high-level strategic input.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensure timelines are met, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.
5. Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer tools, and measurement metrics.
6. Passion for basketball and/or gaming, enabling you to engage with both influencers and clients in a more authentic, relatable way.
7. Manchester based (or nearby) with the ability to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
If you're an experienced Influencer Project Manager with a passion for influencer marketing and a love for sports/gaming, this is your chance to work with an exciting team in an ever-evolving industry.
