Right now, we are recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for our special needs school in Telford.
About us:
Rodenhurst School provides individualised SEN education within a tailored therapeutic learning environment specialising in SEMH needs.
We are a family feel school who have recently been rated Good by OFSTED and are proud of the strong bonds we have established to support our pupils and to have been recognised as encompassing Family Care's mission of 'healing pasts, building futures'.
We cater for up to 15 pupils, all of whom have an EHC plan. And are looking for a dynamic and creative learning support assistants to join our close nit and dedicated team.
Small student numbers mean we can give our very best to the young people who come through our doors every day, whether that is a role model to look up to, or a safe person to trust.
The LSA role involves supporting these young people with their education and enabling them to be the best they can be and supporting them to discover and achieve towards their future aspirations.
We are situated within the beautiful Shropshire countryside, with views of the Wrekin within commuting distance of both Telford and Shrewsbury.

Full time hours: 34 per week (Term Time + INSET days)
Pay: Up to £12.60 per hour
