You should apply if you: Minimum of two years' experience in any of the following trading documentation areas: ISDA & CSA Prime Brokerage & Clearing Repo - GMRA, MRA Sec Lending - GMSLA, MSLA EFET, CDEA, ACA Experience in negotiating, drafting and amending this documentation is desirable. Exposure to Banking and Financial Services Regulation, preferably in a remediation context. Exceptional attention to detail. This is an opportunity to work on: Start to finish drafting and negotiation of legal and trading documentation. Full integration into client BAU teams and direct negotiation with client counterparties. Liaising with the trading desks, credit & risk management teams as well as internal and external counsel.
