What You’ll Do:
* Maintain high-quality data across systems, regularly performing cleaning and validation using tools such as Power BI.
* Lead the redevelopment of post-event sentiment analysis, working with senior stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs and develop impactful insights.
* Prepare reports and presentations, including detailed evaluation packs and high-level summaries for executive leadership.
* Manage relationships with third-party agencies to ensure deliverables are aligned with business needs and deliver actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with multiple departments — including finance, compliance, data, client support, and integrations — to support cross-functional projects and operational efficiency.
* Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage client data, track engagement, and streamline client communications.
* Analyse the performance of internal and client communications, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization at both account and individual levels.
What You’ll Bring:
* A relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field and ideally, 1+ year of experience/internship in a financial services, fintech, or operations-focused environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using tools like Python and Power BI.
* Experience working with CRM systems and managing large datasets.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving business.
