Responsibilities
:
1. Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring effective design coordination and delivery across high-rise projects.
2. Coach and mentor team members, promoting professional development and high performance.
3. Oversee design reviews and technical solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and drive project success.
5. Ensure effective communication between stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
6. Manage risk assessments, ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the design and construction phases.
Key Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Technical Manager within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
8. Extensive experience with high-rise developments is essential.
9. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
11. In-depth knowledge of building regulations, design standards, and construction methodologies.
12. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
Location & Salary:
13. Covering projects between Leeds and Milton Keynes.
14. Salary up to £85,000 plus an attractive benefits package.
