Description
We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Executive to develop, execute, and optimise high-performing PPC advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media strategy, preferably within the finance or legal industries, with a proven track record of maximising ROAS, improving CPA, and delivering scalable lead generation through data-driven campaign management. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be within a commutable distance.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native Ads, with expertise in audience targeting, lead generation, and direct response marketing. A background in the finance or legal industries is highly desirable.

2. Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive conversions, lower CPA, and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
3. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segmentation, and messaging strategies to enhance performance.
