We have an excellent opportunity to join our expanding team in Lincolnshire.
We are looking for a Part Time Support Worker to predominantly work on Saturday's and Sunday's. Other hours may be available but this will be discussed during the interview stage.
Responsibilities:
There are very few roles where can go on fun days out, talking to people, laughing and making them smile, and the opportunity to make a huge impact in someone’s life.
So many service users have come to us with very little independence, and with the support of our staff they have made a huge life changing development and have grown in confidence dramatically, and this has improved their life for the good.

Requirements:
Full paid training will be given
Excellent communication skills, Empathy and patience
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic IT skills
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

Pay: Up to £11.80 plus paid mileage and paid travel time
