Job Title: Social Worker - Assessment Team
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate: £33.30 per hour
Location: Shropshire Council
Remote/Office based: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
* Working collaboratively with other professionals/agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families, including the MASH Service, Police, and Education Services.
* Working within a fast-paced Duty Team and acting on referrals from the MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub).
* Attending to Section 47 enquiries.
* Completing Single Assessments.
