Working as a OT Consulting Practice Lead:
As our OT Consulting Practice Lead, you are responsible for building & leading our OT Consulting team which focusses on helping our customers with one of their key challenges in information security ensuring a safer digital society. On a strategic, tactical, and operational level, your team is the bridge between business and IT/OT. You will act as a senior sparring partner for management of organizations at C-level. In the context of the relevant strategic challenge, you are seen as a leader and have the proven ability to build leading teams, identify and develop business opportunities, drive the portfolio for your domain and drive the financial growth of your team.
The role involves you and your team working in partnership with our sales department, architects, and our engineers, in which you will have multiple responsibilities.
As the OT Consulting Practice Lead, you must ensure that you understand and can transfer the technical aspects of cyber security, but also the required business knowledge and strong soft skills like documentation skills, critical thinking, communication and time management.
Key responsibilities:
* Be an active member in the Consulting Leadership Team.
* Proactively contribute to the growth of our global organization.
* Improve market recognition of UK services business and work with marketing, global product/service line where appropriate and external agencies (such as PR and event)
* Assist in building and executing Account Based Marketing plans and Account Development strategy specifically focused on services engagement
* Where appropriate identify enabling technology partnerships that can boost the service revenue growth – for example the development of assessment capabilities
* Help “upskill” UK sales team on capabilities associated with advisory
* Help educate presales/solutions on filling gaps in MSS portfolio with local professional services.
What we expect of you:
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security. cybersecurity, engineering or a related (business) field is highly preferred.
* Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives, driving customer strategy and execution.
* Proven experience working in Information Security
* Substantial industry expertise across OT security standards e.g. IEC 62443 & NIST 800 82.
* Hands-on experience with designing, configuring and/or maintaining OT ICS systems.
* Familiarity with digital marketing and experience in developing GTM strategies, creating value propositions based on customer needs.
* Certification in CISM or CISSP is highly preferred.
* Team player and team builder with strong leadership skills.
