Role: Product Manager

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 DOE

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, and Marketing. A key part of the role is to ensure our digital healthcare products meet patient needs, fulfil business objectives and align with our broader strategic vision. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with technical teams, has strong problem-solving skills, and is passionate about delivering impactful technology solutions that enhance patient care.

What you’ll be doing?
Define and execute the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives
Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications
Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements
Gather and prioritise customer feedback to enhance product functionality and usability
Define key performance metrics and analyse product performance data to drive continuous improvement
Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog management
Communicate product updates and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers
Who are we looking for?
Strong understanding if Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and product lifecycles
Ability to align projects and programmes with long-term business priorities to develop robust product strategies
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver digital products
Ability to anticipate challenges and develop creative, practical solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders (including senior leadership)
Comfortable analysing quantitative/qualitative data to shape product direction
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Linear, Confluence, Notion)
Track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards
Understanding of technical systems and ability to operate withing technology-driven environments – bridging the gap between technical and business requirements
Understand core IT policies, standards and processes and their importance in delivering a good service to the business
Proven experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
