Your role Brief overview of the role We are currently looking for an apprentice business analyst with a head for numbers and a flair for analysis to help our IT Performance Team measure, govern and build IT success across the region. Purpose Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Agile Delivery Leads and Financial Analysts to help define best practice in project delivery and drive delivery value through measurement & analysis. What you'll be doing What will you do at Fleetcor? Understand PMO principles and help to streamline processes Build reports and drive out KPIs Analyse data to help understand progress against targets Support the PMO Manager in building ROI and tracking this Support the Financial Analysts with supplier management Build relationships with the Agile Delivery Leads and Project Managers to identify process pain-points and reduce waste Essential skills Critical Thinking, Analysis and Problem Solving Strong communication skills You will be able to interpret processes and data, and ask relevant questions about what you don’t understand You can demonstrate an ability to use your initiative, take responsibility, be organised and work independently High degree of self-motivation and be able to learn using both own initiative and the provided training courses Willing and able to work remotely and feel confident using video chat Desirable skills It would be beneficial if you have some skills or experience in the following or a genuine desire to become highly skilled in: Process methodology Project Management Agile methodologies Personal qualities Interest in technology and seeking a career in Business Analysis, Project Management or Agile Good time management Can-do attitude and keen to learn Essential Qualifications 7 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 or A-C including maths and English 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject but preferably one in a numerical or computing subject (e.g. maths, Science, Computer Science etc.) Applications will also be considered from graduates with other degrees looking for an apprenticeship route to a BA/PM career Training to be provided As part of the Level 4 Business Analysis apprenticeship standard, you’ll be on a fast track to an industry recognised qualification and your dedicated industry coach will support you through a blended approach that will include remote, in person, 1-2-1 and group learning About Corpay Corpay is a global technology organisation that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
