HAF Programme Support Officer

This is a temporary maternity cover contract.
The Education People are looking for a dedicated and well-organised individual with proven experience of providing high-level business support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to assist in the smooth running and management of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme team.
Due to the nature of work being carried out, an Enhanced DBS check (provided by the Company) will be carried out, please consider this before submitting your application.

Key Duties -
* Provide support to the HAF Coordinator and team including diary management, allocating work where necessary, reviewing all correspondence and tracking replies within the appropriate timescales.
* Plan, organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing itineraries and undertaking research where required to ensure the whole process runs smoothly.
* Devise and oversee a range of administrative tracking systems including monitoring all initiatives, projects, correspondence and complaints.
* Oversee the development and review of all the HAF Team’s systems, including the database and filing systems, tracking key documents, to ensure that files are constantly updated and that systems are adapted to improve effectiveness.
* Research, coordinate and analyse data within defined parameters, chasing individual responses relating to specific issues to ensure that any reports are prepared and submitted within agreed timescales.
* Oversee the administration of financial systems relating to expenditure and income including processing invoices, monitoring expenditure and processing changes.
What we need from you -
* Proven experience of providing high-level business support.
* Educated to GCSE level, NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with all levels of staff.
* Ability to organise own workload to achieve a range of deadlines and balance constantly changing priorities.
* Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages.
