The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Buyer to join our team and drive our D2C sales strategy. In this role, you will leverage advanced in-house technology to identify opportunities, manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure the smooth operation of buying processes across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a tech-driven, data-focused environment and wants to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce and D2C sales operations. Responsibilities Order Management: Oversee purchasing processes, from negotiating prices to placing and managing orders, ensuring smooth delivery and optimal stock levels. Tech Utilization: Use proprietary software to analyze market trends, monitor product performance, and manage restocking recommendations. Platform Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing decisions with the performance of products on platforms like Amazon and TikTok. Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong communication with suppliers to secure favorable terms and build long-term partnerships. Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock handling and resolve delivery issues. Data-Driven Insights: Use system-generated data to refine buying strategies and identify untapped opportunities for growth. Occasional Account Opening: Support account-opening efforts with new suppliers when necessary. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, finance, eCommerce, marketing, or related fields.
