General Managers within Radisson Hotel Group, we are now seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual
to join us as the next Operations Manager at Radisson Blu Edinburgh.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in
overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a particular focus on
enhancing our Food & Beverage offering. Your responsibilities will
include:
1. Operational Excellence
* Lead
the hotel’s operational departments, including Food & Beverage,
Front Office, and Housekeeping, ensuring smooth and
efficient service delivery across all areas.
* Drive
high standards of guest service by closely monitoring operations and
addressing any issues promptly to create memorable guest experiences.
2. Food & Beverage Leadership
* Oversee
the full F&B spectrum, from restaurant operations, bar
management, and in-room dining to banqueting and event
catering.
* Collaborate
with the Head Chef and F&B team to develop and refine menus, focusing
on quality, innovation, and guest preferences to maximize revenue and
enhance guest satisfaction.
* Implement
strategies to boost F&B revenue, including upselling initiatives,
promotional events, and optimizing menu offerings based on guest feedback
and market trends.
3. Team Development & Leadership
* Mentor,
coach, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of Yes I Can!
service and continuous improvement.
* Conduct
regular training and development sessions to upskill team members and
ensure high performance, particularly in delivering outstanding F&B
experiences.
* Act
as a role model for service excellence, setting the tone for a positive
and engaging work environment.
4. Financial Performance & Strategic
Planning
* Monitor
and manage departmental budgets, focusing on cost control, revenue
generation, and maximizing profitability.
* Analyze
financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement,
implementing action plans to achieve business targets.
* Collaborate
with the General Manager on strategic initiatives to enhance overall hotel
performance, particularly within the F&B sector.
5. Guest Experience & Quality Assurance
* Drive
guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service
across all touchpoints, particularly in our restaurant and bar.
* Implement
feedback mechanisms, such as guest surveys and online reviews, to
continuously improve service offerings and address any issues.
* Lead
by example in guest interactions, addressing feedback proactively and
ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
