Contract: Full Time / Permanent - Monday to Thursday, 08:00am – 4:30pm & Friday, 08:00 – 2:00.
Distillery operator Hours: 42 Hours per week - covering a continental shift pattern of 7-day shifts over a 14-day period and 7 night shifts over a 14-day period. Flexible as required to support the needs of the department and both distilling sites.

What the opportunity looks like:
Assist with the efficient daily operation of warehousing. Take responsibility over general duties in a safe and efficient manner. Help with other duties, including painting, gritting, site cleaning duties, etc. Work with care and attention being aware of other members of the public (visitors) and to protect the integrity of company goods.
Requirement to provide cover for the Distillery Operator role, as and when requested in line with business requirements.
* Work as part of a cohesive distilling team at The Dalmore distillery, responsible for the production of high-quality malt whisky at the lowest cost, alternating between the Mash Operation and the distilling operation while maintaining the highest standards of Plant Efficiency and product quality, ensuring adherence to all legislative requirements on site such as Health & Safety, HMRC, and Environmental compliance.
* Carry out stowing in the warehouse.
* Removal of casks from the warehouse.
* Filling drums/casks in the blend centre.
* Responsible for uploading of allocations onto barcode scanner from picking sheet.
* Responsible for annual stock check of casks held on site.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
For this role we're looking for:
* Fork Lift Truck experience preferable.
* Driving License preferred.
* Previous CASK handling/Warehouse experience preferred.
* Understanding and ability to use Microsoft packages.
