Project Manager – Equality and Human Rights Education Opportunity to develop and deliver innovative and engaging training programme on equality and human rights. This Project Manager post is to provide specialist coordination of project work to develop and deliver equality and human rights education and training for NHS Lothian staff. This includes development of education and training courses and materials, proactive management of the Equality & Human Rights education and training programme (including self-directed learning and in-person training) and robust evaluation of the impact of education and training. The postholder will be part of the Equality & Human Rights Team and work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to NHS Lothian Equality Staff Networks, HR and Organisational Development, Primary and Secondary Care Services, other NHS Boards and voluntary organisations. This post is hosted in Public Health, but work will cover all of NHS Lothian. This is a temporary post for 12 months. Secondments, job-share, and flexible working requests will be considered.
