Key Responsibilities:
10. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, and interview scheduling.
11. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
12. Provide support in processing new starters, changes, and leavers.
13. Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
14. Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
15. Support the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
16. Help organise staff training and development activities.
17. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and school policies.
Preferred Skills:
18. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
20. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
21. A proactive and problem-solving approach.
22. Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation is an advantage.
23. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
24. An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
25. Legal right to work in the UK.
26. Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
