You will have demonstrable experience in working with specialist brokers within the property lending industry, with the ability to communicate credibly and build relationships effectively. What is also important is that you are a team player, with a natural flair for collaboration and to see things through, with a keen eye for quality in customer experience and outcomes with the ability to make important decisions in a pressurised setting. You will have proven people management/leadership capability, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
