Directly supporting the Groups Complaints Coordinator and Complex Case Worker. You'll be at the heart of improving processes that enhance our overall customer satisfaction.
Experience: You've worked in a busy office environment before, providing effective administrative support. You're experienced in dealing with internal and external customers, as well as maintaining accurate databases. Skills: Your attention to detail and organisational skills are excellent. You communicate confidently, both in writing and over the phone, and are a competent user of Office 365 products, including MS Teams. Approach: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with others, and take initiative in finding solutions. You can prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines. Bonus: Experience in supporting senior management or working in customer service roles is a plus!

* The salary for this role is £24,471 for a 37 hour full time, fixed term position until 31^st March 2025
