About the role
Here at United Living Property Services, our regeneration and partnerships business is growing and we are on the lookout for an Operations Manager to come and join us. We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a main contractor on social housing and residential refurbishment projects.
*It's essential to have experience of managing strategic multi-million pound partnerships in the Social Housing refurbishment sector.*
We are looking for strategic leaders who can develop and drive high performance teams.
Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
About you
* Extensive experience working for a main contractor in a senior level role
* Proven Leadership and 'high performing team' experience
* Good data interrogation skills and effective reporting
* Valid UK driving licence
* Competent use and support in Microsoft Project, ASTA and Microsoft Excel Trackers
* Excellent client engagement skills
* Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
* Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
* Proven growth and expansion track record
Qualifications
- Ideally construction, surveying or equivalent degree with membership to CIOB, RICS or other construction industry related accreditation.
- NVQ, IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent
