Casa Environmental Services are looking for two full-time Business Development Assistants to work from our Head Office in Bristol. The job will require you to work closely with the Business Development Team, including Managers & Directors, to identify, develop and secure new and existing business opportunities within the Water Hygiene, Asbestos Surveying and Analytical industry.
As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the growth of our business by identifying new clients and new opportunities with existing clients. You will need to be target driven as you will be responsible for prospecting new, potential clients by utilising various resources and then recording them onto the company’s CRM system to manage data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Prospect new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
* Utilize various resources for client prospecting.
* Record data accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Required Skills:
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with line managers.
* Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
* Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Enjoy networking and meeting new people.
* Ideally have experience using CRM systems, however this is not essential.
