The Role: We’re looking for a number of highly enthusiastic, motivated commercial colleagues with a passion and love for food retail.
Working alongside our Commercial team, you’ll be given responsibility from the get-go, acting as a brand ambassador and guardian for our products. Upon joining, you will take part in our 2-3 year Commercial Academy programme which will provide you with a strong business and commercial understanding of our products and services.
As a Commercial Graduate, you will spend your first 12 months in the field nationally visiting customers to help drive their business and ours out in stores, followed by a move into other Commercial areas up in the North West. It’s important that you build relationships and collaborate well with colleagues across the business.

Essential Ingredients:
Mobility: you will need to be able to travel nationally and be North West based after the first year.
Full driving licence
Confidence to work autonomously and manage own workload.
It’s not essential that you have any previous experience, but it definitely helps if you have a commercial mind, are comfortable with building relationships and curious about retail or market trends.
A mindset that loves to solve problems, generate ideas and create change will be important in these roles.
Ideally you will be a Graduate, expecting / with a 2:1 or above.
GCSEs – English / Maths at 4 or above.
