Urban Automotive is the UK's leading modier of premium and luxury vehicles. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product and we are looking for a Sales Administrator based at our showroom in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes UK.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Develop ling system in line with business needs
* Process invoices and liaise with nance teams to ensure accuracy
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and invoices
* Prepare reports for management team
* Process sales orders accurately and ensure proper coordination with relevant departments (e.g.,logistics, nance) for smooth delivery and invoicing
* Monitor order statuses, resolve discrepancies, and communicate timelines to sales representatives
* Manage les for new, used and px vehicles on site, ensuring all documentation is present
* Vehicle taxing, V62 Keeper change, nance settlements
Essential Role Requirements
* Full, clean driving license
* Administration experience
* Strong communication, multitasking and creative skills
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Role Description
IMPORTANT: This full time role is based at our vehicle showroom in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. Please only apply if you are comfortable commuting daily to this location and have a clean driving licence.
The ideal candidate will have Sales Admin experience, ideally within the Automotive Industry. You will feel comfortable to implement a strict administration process and take control of the complete customer journey in terms of admin. You will be willing to learn and contribute any ideas and also implement and develop best practice and work with the brand guidelines.
Reporting to the Sales Director and Sales Manager, this role is key to the continued development of the Urban showroom division. In addition to your technical ability, you’ll be comfortable working on your own or as part of a team and develop successful internal relationships to help enhance your job role.
This role is subject to a a 6 month probationary period.
