Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for someone with strong design skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals with confidence. The primary focus will be creating visuals for paid advertisements, email marketing, and internal requests from the wider business. At times, you may also support the Marketing team with social media campaigns, so experience in photo manipulation is a big plus. Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll work on a variety of briefs from across the business, ensuring that all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Some projects will give you creative freedom, while others will require working within templates and structured requests. This role is based full-time at our Team Valley offices. We are currently trialling a 4-day working week, where hours of work at Mon-Thurs around the core hours of 9am-4pm. Key Responsibilities Work with the Marketing Campaign Manager to design and build marketing materials - including emails and social media graphics - in line with our brand guidelines. Handle internal design needs to support wider business operations – including creating onboarding materials, branded templates and LinkedIn content. Liaising with requesters to gather requirements and transform rough ideas into polished designs, whilst advising on best design practices. Ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders throughout the design process, keeping them updated on priories, progress and timelines. Follow brand guidelines while ensuring each design is engaging and effective. Take feedback in stride and implement updates efficiently. Work alongside the other designers to ensure assets are optimised for performance, accessibility, and tracking. Skills & Experience At least 3 years of graphic design experience. Experience using Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong ability to execute creative concepts with high-quality design output. Excellent photo editing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment. Flexibility to prioritise workload and handle tasks across multiple teams. Confidence in working from structured briefs whilst adding a creative touch and advising on best practise. Willingness to take feedback and refine designs as needed. Solid understanding of best practise in both print and digital media. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Nice-to-haves Experience using generative AI for concept development. Familiarity with uploading email templates into platforms like Brevo. Experience with photo manipulation.
