Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and results-oriented Senior MS Dynamics Developer to play a pivotal role within our core dynamics team. We are working with a global assurance partner specializing in assessments, data & analytics, advisory, report assurance, and cybersecurity. The company is divided into four business areas: quality assurance, auditing, assessments, and cybersecurity services. They have a strong focus on ESG and have won awards from major clients like Pepsico, FedEx, Uber, and Vodafone.
The primary purpose of the Senior Developer D365 role is to lead the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance business operations and drive organizational success. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, craft tailored solutions that meet business objectives, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. The Senior Developer D365 will leverage their deep technical expertise and experience to provide innovative solutions, optimize system performance, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
* Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
* Write, optimize, and maintain high-quality code to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve D365 solutions.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, development processes, and technical solutions; prepare regular status reports for management.
* Ensure all solutions comply with security policies, standards, and regulations.
Essential Skills
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including architecture, development, and platform management.
* Proven and demonstrable experience administrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service and developing applications.
* Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
* Understanding of security principles and practices ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and D365 services.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Microsoft Certifications (Nice to have) - MB-910, MB-210 and AZ-900.
* A good understanding of the Microsoft 365 roadmap and the ability to evaluate the applicability for business productivity solutions.
* Stay current with Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing updates and industry best practices.
