Futura Learning Partnership is looking for a collaborative and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment, engage with candidates, and implement effective hiring strategies. You will play a key role in attracting and securing talented individuals across our schools and professional services teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
1. Identify and connect with potential candidates using job boards, CV databases, networking, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and industry forums).
2. Use Boolean search and tailored outreach approaches to engage individuals who may not be actively applying for roles.
3. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
4. Engage with candidates through direct outreach, phone calls, social media messaging, and email, ensuring an inclusive and supportive experience.
5. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals.
6. Support employer branding efforts, including social media recruitment campaigns and digital attraction strategies.
7. Ensure all recruitment processes align with safer recruitment and KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) guidelines.
8. Travel to visit schools across the South West, requiring a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
What You’ll Bring to Futura

2. Knowledge of direct sourcing methods, Boolean search techniques, and CV database searches.
3. Experience using recruitment technology, including ATS and CRM systems.

5. The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and teams.
6. Clear and confident communication skills with a focus on inclusive candidate engagement.
