Finance Executive Service Charge (12month FTC)
This role is advertised as a 12 month fixed term contract, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week and you'll be based in our head office Union, working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

While proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tools like SUMIFS and VLOOKUPs, is advantageous, it’s not essential. Job purpose:
As a Finance Executive, you’ll find yourself working with a team of talented people who are committed to driving financial improvement, scalability, and customer experience. As part of the Central Services team, the role will be varied, supporting the Head of Finance and Management Accountant.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Reconciliation of Service Charge accounts on a monthly basis with accountability for specific regional portfolios across the Bruntwood Group of companies.
2. Preparation of monthly actuals, posting of accruals and prepayments where necessary, including liaison with key budget holders.
3. Preparation of quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and statutory adjustments.
4. Producing high quality Service Charge reporting on a monthly basis, with valuable variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
5. Liaison with key budget holders across the business, providing commercial challenge and recommendations for efficiency.
6. Assisting with the annual budget setting for Service Charge and Property Management.
7. Resolution of queries from both internal and external stakeholders, meeting SLA deadlines, identifying and recommending any process improvements where appropriate.
8. Management of billing and reconciliation of Service Charge and Property Management Overheads.
