An exciting new opportunity has arisen within City Property (Glasgow) LLP for two Chartered Building Surveyors to work within our expanding Technical Team.
HOURS: Full time (35 hours), Permanent
SALARY: £42,405 to £49,312
NO OF POSTS: Two
ENTITLEMENTS: 26 days annual leave plus 12.5 public holidays, pension with Strathclyde Pension Fund
The successful candidates will provide a range of professional services and project services to City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP and Glasgow City Council as follows:
1. Provide key support in implementing the current capital plan for investment in City Property assets with the procurement of works for new-build projects and refurbishment of existing properties.
2. Provide key support in managing a portfolio of non-operational surplus land and property assets and support the City Property Valuation & Disposals Team along with a number of Service Departments within Glasgow City Council in identifying opportunities for de-risking, re-purposing or sale of these assets.
The ideal candidates must be MRICS qualified and ideally have Building Surveying experience across a diverse portfolio.
