L2 EUC Support Team Engineer

Who's it for?
Our customer is a fast growing IT Managed Services business delivering IT services to a range of customers. They cover a variety of Microsoft EUC/Desktop technologies and you will resolve customer incidents/support issues as well as deliver some migrations.
What should you know / what are tasks you'll do?
Supporting their customer portfolio to resolve support issues to an advanced 2nd line or 3rd lin within a busy remote EUC/Desktop support services team, as well as undertake some remote migration projects if you're interested (Remote/Hybrid) and working across a range of technologies including;
-Microsoft 365
-M365 Admin Center
-AD/AAD/Entra ID
-Intune / Conditional Access / Autopilot
-User management
-Security groups
-Setting up windows devices
-DNS/DHCP
-Antivirus (various)
-Veeam Backup
Ideally with the following..
- Project installations inc Email/SharePoint Migrations
- AVD / Azure Virtual Desktop
- Network router re-config
- Server admin skills
Personality needs:
-Good communications and customer service mindset
- Strong work ethic + calm approach
- Be happy to work in an office 1 day a week as this is a hybrid role
- Please note if you work in a large enterprise organisation just doing advanced customer services and logging tickets you will need to know more as I've outlined above!
