Restaurant Shift Supervisor role requires directing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing team members.
We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at The Boatyard Restaurant. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Directing daily restaurant operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence
* Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
* Managing team members and providing training and support
* Performing all duties performed by Front of House members
Experience in hospitality at a supervisory level is preferable, but not essential. We offer a comprehensive induction and onboard training program to bring you up to speed on our Boatyard brand and standards of service.

Shifts will be approximately 35 hours per week, with a mix of daytime and evening shifts. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
